Aaron G. March is Legal Counsel for The Grove at Lee’s Summit and a shareholder at the law firm of White Goss, a specialty boutique law firm that concentrates its practice in the area of land use and development.
Mr. March has extensive experience working with city, county and state officials to expeditiously obtain the approvals necessary for real estate development to occur and jobs to be created. His areas of practice include land use and zoning, development incentives and urban redevelopment.
Mr. March primarily represents developers and cities who wish to bring new business, expand existing business or construct new facilities in Missouri and Kansas. He is well versed in both Missouri and Kansas, including economic development incentive programs such as tax increment financing, tax abatement, Transportation Development Districts, Community Improvement Districts and numerous bond financing programs.
Some of his recent clients include Ford Motor Company, RED Development, Price Development Group, Hunt Midwest, International Speedway Corporation, Wal-Mart, Home Depot and the City of Belton, Missouri. He is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Kansas. Mr. March graduated cum laude from Washington University and received his law degree from the Kansas City School of Law.
